Eyeglow® is a procedure developed by Dr. Shirazi over the course of the last 10 years. Dr. Shirazi uses a blend of FDA approved fillers in different concentrations and volumes to create a unique mixture that is white and opaque, meaning you can’t see through it.

It has been said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. The first thing that people tend to notice about you are your eyes. Wrinkles, bags under the eyes, dark spots or fine lines make the eyes look tired and dull adding years to your appearance.
What is eye rejuvenation with EyeGlow®?
Typically hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are translucent, meaning you can see through them. They can cause a bluish hue under the eye, which is known as the Tindel Effect.
Dr. Shirazi uses Eyeglow® filler to lift the undereye and treat hollowness. The white nature of this unique blend brightens the undereye similar to how we use concealer. Similar to contouring make up techniques, the white opaque nature of this filler blend helps brighten dark circles, especially in ethnic skin. The eyes appear more refreshed and less tired after this procedure.

What Causes Dark Circles around the eyes?
Volume loss in the tear trough creates a sunken appearance under the eye casting a shadow that makes it hard to cover even with the best concealer. We may begin to notice these changes starting in our mid 30s.
How Long does this treatment last?
The results tend to last for years because of how it is placed, the plane it is laid on and the technique. If Dr. Shirazi were to use the same filler in facial folds, it would only last between 6 months to a year, but with this technique the results are very long lasting and patients tend to be pleased with their results for years after their treatment.
