What is hand rejuvenation?
There can be numerous problems with the hands including dark spots, sun damage, wrinkles and creases, loss of volume with skin looking very thin, prominent veins and so on. Each of these concerns can be treated using specific techniques or a combination of different procedures in order to successfully rejuvenate the hands.

Treatment options
The treatment options include microdermabrasion, intense pulse lasers, dermal filler injections, lipomodelling, sclerotherapy or laser vein ablation and resurfacing. Microdermabrasion exfoliates the outermost skin layer and stimulates the growth of a new layer of skin. Laser treatment also stimulates the production of collagen which is associated with skin volume and firmness. Sclerotherapy involves injections to treat prominent veins on the hands while lipomodelling is a procedure to inject fat harvested through liposuction from other body areas into the hands where the skin has thinned out.
